COFFEE

Coffee is made from the beans of the coffee plant. The beans are dried, roasted, the flavour of coffee beans depends on the variety. growing conditions and roasting technique.
Coffee is a popular beverage at many social gatherings, especially when adults are present.
you can also serve it with a meal or desserts.

Popular Coffee Beverages

  • Espresso - A strong coffee brewed by forcing very hot water under pressure through finely ground. darkely roasted coffee beans. Espresso is typically served in a small cup.
  • Cappuccino - A coffee beverage comprised of one part espresso, one part steamed milk and one part frothed milk, it is often served with a sprinkling of cocoa or cinnamon powder.
  • Caffee Latte - A coffee beverage of italian origin prepared in a mug by adding steamed milk espresso, italian syrups in flavours like hazelnut and almond are often added.
  • Cafe Mocha - A coffee beverage prepared by mixing chocolate syrup or powder and steamed milk with espresso, this beverage may be topped with whipped cream.

FRESH MANGO ROSEMARY MARTINI (COCKTAIL)


Ingredients:                                                                     
50 Ml Vodka
10 Ml Martini Bianco
50 Ml Fresh Mango Juice
2 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
5 Ml Lime Juice
10 Ml Sugar Syrup
Crushed Ice            
                                 
Method: Gently muddle rosemary & pour all the ingredients in a Boston shaker with ice.
Shake well and double strain it in a Martini glass. Garnishing with Rosemary spring, fresh mango and lemon wedges.

AAM KA PANNA


Aam ka Panna this is a popular drink made especially during summer to beat the summer’s heat. its a nice sweet tangy chilled drinks.good for health 

INGREDIENTS:
5 to 6 Nos Raw Mango
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
½ Tsp Black Pepper Crushed
1 Tsp Black Salt or as per your taste
1 to 2 Tbs Sugar
A Pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)
Cold water

METHOD:
Wash and boil mangoes let them cool. Peel the mango and mash it. Strain the pulp.
Add cumin powder, crushed peppercorns, black salt, Asafoetida, and sugar.mix well add the Cold water till sugar is dissolved.
Stir well and serve.

MELON AND MINT FUSION


Ingredients:
Fresh water melon juice – 150 ml
Fresh Pineapple juice- 50 ml
Cube ice – 4 to 5 nos
Diced watermelon – 50gms
Mint syrup – 10 ml
Fresh mint leaves – 02 sprigs


Method:
Blend the fresh juices with cubes of ice and top it in a long glass.
Gently pour the mint syrup as it rests in the glass below
Add the diced watermelon and top with fresh mint.

CUCUMBER & CUMIN COOLER





Ingredients:
Baby cucumbers – 03 nos
Ice cubes – 10 nos
Lime juice – 15 ml

Sugar syrup – 15 ml

Roasted cumin powder – 5 gms
Black salt – 03 gms





Method:

Blend the cucumber with skin and strain.Add rest of the ingredients and blend again. 
Serve with a sprinkling of cumin powder on top and a sprig of mint



APPLE CELERY TWIST


Ingredients:
Fresh apple – 02 Nos
Apple juice – 100 MlGinger – 15 Gms
Celery stalk – 01 No
Mint leaves – 02 Sprigs

Method:
Finely dice one half an apples
Blend remaining apples, celery and ginger with the apple juice.
Strain & Serve in a glass filled with ice. Add diced apples.
Garnish with mint sprig and celery
